How we work.

Three things set us apart from every other supplement company — and they are why our contractors stay for years.

Three things set us apart from every other supplement company — and they are why our contractors stay for years.

  • On-site inspections available. Most supplement companies will not leave their desk.
  • Typically submitted to insurance within 72 hours of inspection.
  • Evidence-based supplements with real documentation — no inflated numbers.

The Problem

Contractors tell us the same things over and over about the supplement companies they have used. These are the patterns we built around.

  • Slow turnaround kills cash flow. Contractors need to turn jobs and get paid, not wait weeks for a submission.
  • They cannot reach their supplement company. No updates, no answers, no one picking up the phone.
  • Over-supplementing. Bloated claims that adjusters push back on, creating delays and damaging relationships.
  • Some salespeople have to apologise to adjusters before the supplement even hits, because they do not know what is about to be submitted.
  • Missing pictures. Adjusters have told us directly that the slowest part of their job is processing supplements with incomplete information.

What You Do

Your side is simple. You only do four things.

  1. Send us the adjuster's report.
  2. When we text you about the inspection, let your homeowner know we are stopping by.
  3. Tell us if you ran into anything during install — second layers, unexpected damage, and the like.
  4. Tell us when the job is ready for final invoice, if we are handling that.

That's it. We handle the rest.

What We Do

Every step of the process we own — from the moment the claim lands with us until the file is fully closed.

1. Claim received.

Contractor sends the claim with the adjuster's report. The job goes on our inspection route.

2. Inspector dispatched.

Inspector scheduled typically within a couple of days of receiving the claim.

3. Contractor notified.

The day before the inspection, around 3–4 PM, we text the contractor with a general timeframe for the next day. The contractor lets the homeowner know we are stopping by.

4. On-site inspection (15–45 minutes).

The inspector arrives, knocks on the door, and introduces themselves as being there with the contractor's company. They explain they are only there to document any missing damages on the estimate. Duration varies with property size, what was missed, storm severity and the quality of the adjuster's report.

The inspector represents the contractor's brand at all times. We do not enter locked backyards. All actual job communication stays with the contractor. Our goal is to leave a good impression on the customer and never do anything that could harm that relationship.

5. Assessment.

The team reviews the findings from the inspection and prepares the supplement.

6. Submission — typically within 72 hours of inspection.

The supplement goes to insurance with evidence-based line items, proper documentation, pictures and reasoning. A clean file, not a bloated one.

7. Follow-up until complete.

Our back office follows up with the insurance company weekly by call and email, offset from each other for consistent contact without being overwhelming.

You get proactive updates for anything meaningful — updated reports, carrier responses, important developments. We do not send filler updates.

When a carrier responds, we evaluate it against what was submitted and against the carrier's own guidelines. If anything major was missed, we can re-supplement. We do not stop until we have confirmation that whatever was supposed to be processed is actually finished. The file does not close until it is done.

What We Inspect

On-site does not just mean standing in the driveway. Our inspectors check every line item that matters — on the roof and across the rest of the property.

Roof items

  • Ridge and hip cap linear footage verification
  • Drip edge verification
  • Waste factor checks
  • Steep pitch charges
  • High charges
  • Hail damage documented on all flashings and individual items — carriers are denying tear-off-only damages more often, so documenting actual damage is critical
  • Felt type — synthetic and higher-grade materials
  • Valley materials
  • Cosmetic exclusion items
  • Detach and reset
  • Quality level verification of the materials actually present at the property

Collateral and property

  • Gutters
  • Garage doors
  • Window screens
  • AC units
  • Fence and stain
  • Any item around the property with potential hail damage
  • Distinguishing hail damage from mechanical damage

With deductibles climbing, more homeowners walk away from claims when the out-of-pocket feels too high. Documenting collateral damage on-site can help offset the deductible — and keep the job moving forward instead of getting walked away from.

Why This Works

Speed = queue position

The faster a supplement is submitted, the earlier it enters the insurance company's processing queue. Claims are processed in order.

If an adjuster gets reassigned, deployed or goes on leave, our file is already in the system. Most supplement companies slow down when volume increases. We do not. Fast submission regardless of volume is a deliberate strategy, not an accident.

Evidence-based = faster processing

Good pictures and thorough on-site documentation can easily increase supplement recovery by 40%. Adjusters have told us directly that the slowest part of their job is processing supplements with incomplete information and missing pictures.

When an adjuster opens our file, they have everything they need — pictures, reasoning, descriptions. They can process it and move on. That means the contractor gets paid faster.

We do not over-supplement. We do not submit items without evidence. We do not inflate claims hoping to negotiate. That approach does not produce better results — it damages adjuster relationships and slows everything down.

Protecting your brand

Our inspectors show up at your customer's property representing your company. They introduce themselves accordingly. They are professional, brief and respectful.

They do not enter locked areas. All job communication stays with the contractor. We are there to help the claim, not to complicate the relationship.

The Numbers

  • 72h — typical inspection to submission
  • +40% — potential recovery increase from on-site documentation
  • 6 yrs — built entirely on referrals and contractor relationships
  • I-35 — inspectors across Austin, San Antonio and DFW
